Zee Café’s extraordinary cricket offering is back! Starting this weekend is the magnanimous Asia Cup 2012, exclusively in the UK on Zee Café with English commentary.
As the four rival teams arrived in Mirpur for the coveted Asia Cup that started on Sunday 11th March, the excitement has been growing ever since and the anticipation has been building for the big face off between India and Pakistan on Sunday the 18th March @ 8am on Zee Café. The rival teams will see face-to-face in their first clash after the ICC Cricket World Cup Semi-Final in 2011 that was broadcast on Zee Café as well. The tournament started off with Pakistan taking on the home team Bangladesh on 11th March and winning the game by 21 runs. The live coverage of Asia Cup from Bangladesh consists of 7 One Day Internationals. A competition between the Asian powerhouses of international cricket, India – Pakistan – Sri Lanka – Bangladesh witnessed the return of the winner and finalists of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 glory today on Tuesday 13th March when India played their first match in the tournament against Sri Lanka and won by 50 runs.
