The Natwest Group Employee Led Network undertakes to promote Diversity & Inclusion within the Bank.  The Sikh Network was launched back in 2018 and has grown from strength to strength with now over 1100 members globally including both Sikh and Non-Sikh members.

The bank recently announced its newly selected committee, a group of highly skilled individuals, bringing their life experiences, knowledge, and true potential to the Sikh Network.  The talented team of 13 will reflect the founder of the Sikh Faith, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s concept of Terah – All belongs to the Almighty God.

Based on the 3 pillars of Sikhism and the teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, their purpose will be engaging in honest and ethical hardwork (Kirat Karo), helping others selflessly (Vandh Ke Shako) and remembering God in all we do (Naam Japo)

James Holian, Executive Sponsor of the Natwest Group Sikh Network said “I am really looking forward to collaborating with the new team who bring a diverse range of skills and experience to the Committee.  They will undertake to share their vision of supporting NatWest Group to become a purpose-led Bank for all our customers, colleagues and communities”
