Pumpkin seeds, otherwise known as Pepitas, are a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals that promote good overall health. After being rinsed, they can be consumed either raw or roasted, mixed with oils or organic spices such as capsicum and turmeric as part of a delicious curry, or on top of a salad as a yummy snack.

Pepitas are great for you because they are a valuable source of protein and omega-3. They also contain all 9 essential amino acids and nutrients such as Calcium, Vitamin B, Vitamin A, Iron and Selenium. However, they have many other benefits which help regulate the body’s overall function, reduce the symptoms of various illnesses and help fend off harmful pathogens and diseases.
