Have you thought about a road trip to Geneva for the Motor Show in March?

Press days take place on 1 and 2 March and we have a proposal for journalists (and car maker PR teams) who’d like to get a little more mileage from their trip to Switzerland.

How about an overnight crossing, courtesy of Brittany Ferries, from Portsmouth to Caen? We’ll provide a cabin (or two if you need to double up) plus a premium experience that’s a million miles away from queues at the airport and a crumby coffee in the terminal.

Drive on-board at your leisure, relax with a cocktail, dine in our restaurant with quality food prepared by French chefs, then wake up in the morning in Caen, ready for your drive to Geneva. What could be more relaxing.

With an early morning arrival in Caen, you could be in Geneva by late afternoon. Plenty of time to get to your hotel and prepare for the evening’s must-attend, pre-press day party.

So what do we want in return? No more than a fact box in any drive story, including our website address and telephone number. But we hope you’ll love the Brittany Ferries experience so much you might want to include a little more?….

We’re particularly keen to hear from car maker PR teams, motoring journalists (particularly those covering London, the South and South West) and lifestyle media.

We have the crossing, France has the roads, and you have the cars to make Geneva 2016 a more relaxing, enjoyable and productive media experience.

What have you got to lose?

If you’re interested please email: Nigel Wonnacott or Chris Jones at the Brittany Ferries press office. Oh, and we can of course, accommodate an earlier crossing if required.
