The classical period of empire started in mid 16th century with the accession of ‘Akbar the Great’, commonly known as ‘Mughal-e-Azam. Under his rule Indo-Pak enjoyed much cultural and economic progress as well as religious harmony. Mughal-e-Azam Restaurant in Birmingham has been developed in the light of historical Mughal traditions with a blend of East-West cultural food.
