A group of immigrant artists, who moved toCoventry, have held an exhibition showcasing art works of their first impressions of the city.
The event, which took place at theHerbertArtGallery, features works that explores the welcome they received when they first arrived inCoventry.
Co-ordinator Sabir Zazai described the exhibition as a “rare chance to see work by artists who have learned their craft in other countries.”
The artists featured in the art show have many years of experience and international reputations.
It is the first time they have showcased their work inCoventry, which will give visitors an insight into the city through a stranger’s eyes.
This is the second exhibition organised by Voluntary Action Coventry.
