Have a knockout November and December with Twycross Zoo’s no-nonsense ticket offer!

The Leicestershire-based zoo is giving visitors the chance to bag a bargain day out for the whole family to enjoy this Christmas, with tickets available at a huge 30% discount when bought online.*

Available for a limited time only on visits up until 31st December 2018, the Leicestershire-based zoo is offering festive fun on selected dates, with plenty of delightful activities, all of which are FREE with a zoo admission ticket.*

Back by popular demand, little ones can sit down in Windows on the Wild and enjoy a yummy breakfast with Santa and his loyal elf**. What’s more, all the good girls and boys will also receive a special gift!

The man of the moment can be found spreading his festive cheer throughout the day as he explores the zoo, where guests can spend time with him at their own leisure, meaning no more two-minute visits!

There’s something for everyone at Twycross Zoo. For sensitive souls for whom a personal encounter could appear overwhelming, they can enjoy a family day out to see over 500 animals getting into the festive spirit, safe in the knowledge, Santa will be around and about on selected dates*** should they want to go and say an informal hello.

Visitors can also head to the Explorer Zone where they can sit down for story time and listen to Santa, as he tells them about his Twycross tales and the fantastic conservation work carried out by the zoo every year. Not only that, children can also say hello to William the donkey whilst getting up close with rabbits and guinea pigs, to name a few!

Santa’s Key Tree makes a welcome return, ensuring all children have their presents delivered on time – chimney or no chimney! Upon arrival all kids will be presented with a magical key to be placed on the Key Tree, ready for Santa to collect on Christmas Eve morning.

The Discovery and Learning team are on hand to ensure the animals aren’t left out as they lead festive arts and crafts sessions for little ones to join, as they gift the animals with enrichment treats of their own.

Visitors are invited to capture the special day by taking a seat on Santa’s sleigh for a family selfie. Guests can keep up their energy by stopping at the zoo’s Himalaya restaurant, which will be seasonally decorated and serving festive foods.

Finish the day with the Supper with Santa experience****, new for 2018. Tuck into a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings and join Santa and his elf in a sing along to your favourite Christmas songs, followed by a magical Christmas story.

Centrally located in the heart of England just off junction 11 of the M42, Twycross Zoo is open to the public from 10am to 6pm, 364 days a year. For further information and to book tickets visit www.twycrosszoo.org or call 0844 474 1777.
