Britney Spears has always been famed for being controversial and looking good while she’s doing it.
She has paraded a python upon her shoulders in castaway rags, sat on a bed while her half-dressed dancers roll around with hangovers and appeared almost naked in a bejewelled see-through jump suit.
But now, from the looks of her new video, Britney is going to make armed robbery look sexy.
The Womanizer star was photographed running around London with a gun, as she filmed the new promo for her upcoming single ‘Criminal’.
Britney went for punk chic in a black leather jacket, hot pants and a faded Tee, as she looked both edgy and sexy in the shoot.
But she soon changes into a pair of skinny jeans later on in the video, where she brandishes a gun in a shopkeeper’s face.
Her real-life boyfriend, Jason Trawick, also feature in the video as her accomplice, presumably a nod to Bonnie and Clyde.
According to Beathheavy.com, Trawick plays a mysterious stranger who rescues Britney when she is being abused by her rich, player boyfriend outside an upper-class party.
After the stranger rams his fist into the fiancé’s face, he and Britney escape the premises on a motorcycle, where the robbing spree begins the following day.
