LAHMA is a not for profit based community organisation that was set up by a group of local activists in early 2012 in response to the difficult economic times we face at present on both a national and especially on a local level in Lozells, Aston And Handsworth where deprivation is high and initiatives to raise aspirations are strongly and urgently needed. We passionately believe that through the vehicle of sport, with the right support and encouragement the young people of today can most certainly be the Mo Farah’s, Shahid Afridi’s and Amir Khan’s of tomorrow. LAHMA, FOR THE COMMUNITY, CREATED BY THE COMMUNITY!!!
