The Art of Living UK Residential Summer Retreat will be held in the midst of the beautiful English countryside in Southern Buckinghamshire at Newland Park from Wed 5th – Sun 9th August 2015.
The Advanced Course (Art Of Silence course) taught by Swedish (Norwegian) Teacher Kiran Byrt “is a huge attraction and drawing large participation.’’ There will be Art of Living Part 1 (Happiness Programme), Art of Meditation, Art of Living Yoga: Level 1 and Level 2 and Angel’s course for 2-7 year olds. Other workshops include: Eternity Process, Mother and Baby, Know your Child, Know your Teen, Vastu and Homeopathy.
“Participants will enjoy mindful walks in nature, well-balanced vegetarian meals, resident skilled Ayurvedic practitioners will offer consultation and variety of healing treatments to aid with the relaxation and detox!’’ says Hina Pancholi, the lead coordinator of the Summer Retreat.

Children and Youth have different level of stress thus at the Retreat children and youth can learn to tap into yourtheir hidden potential. There is an ART Excel course (All Round Training in Excellence) for aged 8-13 and YES! Course (Youth Empowerment Seminar) for aged 14-18.
This year the organisers expect approximately 150-200 people at the Retreat.
