There’s always room for love even when you enter the golden age of your life and Robin Williams certainly proves that.
The 60 year old retired actor married graphic designer Susan Schneider in Napa Valley at the luxurious Meadowood Resort.
Guests rumoured to have attended the 90s funnyman’s big day include Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Billy Crystal.
The blushing bride, who owns the graphic design firm Critical Eye Design, told reporters that she was “so excited and so thrilled.”
But Susan was not the only one to be exited, as Robin’s daughter, Zelda Williams expressed her enthusiasm on Twitter.
Alluding to her two male friends, she wrote: “Let the wedding madness begin! Dad just called @RobertKazinsky and @ShannonCollis my hetero-lifemates at the wedding,”
According to reports, the Mrs Doubtfire star met Susan just before undergoing heart surgery in 2009 and she looked after him while he went through the ordeal.
This is Robin’s third marriage, as his first wife, Valerie, filed for divorce in 1988 and his second wife Marsha finalized their divorce last year, putting the separation down to ‘irreconcilable differences.’
But from the looks of the pictures, Robin has put his past heartaches in the past and we can only hope that this marriage will be a happy and lasting one.
