Indian Brazillian model Nathalia Pinheiro, winner of the Kingfisher Calendar Girl 2012 title, has her sights set on the glittering lights of Bollywood, with ambitions to carve a career in the Hindi film industry, as well as to work with Ra One star Shah Rukh Khan.
But the eye-catching stunner is fully aware that a lot of hard work and talent honing will be needed in order to get her foot in the door.
After winning the contest, she told IANS, “I am a big fan of Bollywood movies and I want to see myself becoming one of the known names, but before that I want to polish my acting, dancing and diction skills because these three things are very essential to establish a foothold in the industry.”
The face of the Asian airline has already signed a southern movie, but has decided to keep hush-hush about it.
“Yes I did sign a southern film, but I don’t want to discuss that as currently I want to enjoy the moment.”
Born in Rio De Jinero, Nathalia’s heritage is an exotic one, for her mother is Portuguese, while her father is half Punjabi and half Portuguese.
When asked who she would like to work with, Nathalia was not hesitant about her desire to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
She said, “I really aspire to work with Shah Rukh Khan one day. He is the man to die for. He is one person who can enact every role do effortlessly, so yes, sharing screen space with him will be a true pleasure for me.”
But praise also stretched out to the Asian sirens, particularly Kareena Kapoor.
“Among actresses, I find Kareena Kapoor superb. She has an amazing face and personality.”
