Sonu Soud fans will be left disappointed, with the latest buzz surrounding Dabangg 2.
According to reports, the Bollywood bad boy has opted out of the film’s sequel.
Sonu rejected the role after Prakash Raj, who will play the new villain opposite Salman’s Khan’s Chulbul Pandey, was introduced into the project.
The Singham star’s arrival didn’t please Sonu who, having earned a huge following for his role as Chhedi Singh in the 2010 blockbuster, refused to settle as a sidekick to Prakash’s character.
It is also reported that Sonu had an issue in sharing space with Prakash as it would cut down on his screen time.
Fallouts on set have been rife in the production of the sequel. Producer Arbaaz Khan had an argument with director Anubhav Kashyap and most recently, he fired the technicians who formed an important part of the first film.
