Police are appealing for information to trace a man who is wanted for a series of armed robberies across the Black Country.
Marcus Marcel Shaquel Morgan, 20, from Tividale is being sought for 12 armed robberies across West Bromwich, Tipton, Halesowen, Oldbury, Smethwick, Netherton and Wednesbury in April and May this year.
In one robbery at Staples on Tildesley Street he along with three other men stormed the premises armed with weapons and threatened staff for cash. And in Cape Hill he targeted Farm Foods Store twice in one month.
Targeting shops, post offices and food stores Marcus is described as black with short dreadlocks and around 5ft 7″ tall.
Detective Constable Derek Cole, from the force’s Priorties Team , said: “As part of our investigations three men have been arrested in connection with the robberies and remain on remand.
“We now need to trace Morgan who we believe could still be in the Black Country and we are urging people to call us with information of his whereabouts.”
