Bhangra’s latest sensation Jind Mahi and desi vocalist Binder Pasla of internationally renowned music group RDB’s label Three Records, make as epic return with the melodic tunes of Dho Guttan, harmoniously supported by Punjabi pop princess Miss Pooja.
Exuding an authentic Bhangra beat and filmed in what looks like the lush green fields of Punjab, the father-son duo’s Dho Guttan is all set to captivate music lovers with a euphoric experience.
For the first time in his musical career, rather than just lending his vocals to a track, Jind will be seen performing an acting role in the music video alongside Jes Sihra, the lead model who makes her debut in the video. The video was shot by the highly acclaimed production company “The Frame Lab”, whom had recently won an award for directing the RDB track “We Doin’ it BIG’.
Jind and Binder’s previous releases have included “Saday Naal”, which was Jind’s vocal debut, the hit track “English Daru”, Jind’s first official release on the Three Records label, set up by international urban Bhangra/Bollywood group RDB and the tongue in cheek track Kanjuce.
Binder is an experienced vocalist and songwriter behind hit tracks such as ‘Yaari’, ‘Oh Preeti’ and ‘Sajna’ and has worked with several high-profile producers, including RDB and DJ H.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the new track Jind says, “I’m extremely ecstatic to lend my vocals to Dho Guttan alongside my father. The song has a raw Punjabi feel to it and Miss Pooja’s contribution to the track has enhanced the track all the more. I am very excited to hear the reaction of the listeners when the track releases on the 7th of November.”
On the latest track collaboration, Surj from RDB said: “We are so excited and thrilled about the release of Dho Guttan. It has such an authentic vibe to it and Jind, Binder [Paaji] and Pooja have done a fantastic job. It is a celebration of love and togetherness beautifully brought together by the father son duo with the support of Miss Pooja. We’re hoping the listeners enjoy it as much as we did producing this’.
