He may be one of the biggest Bollywood stars on the planet, but Shah Rukh Khan’s lateness (despite how fashionable he looks) has always irked the media
But there’s good news to journalists and reporters everywhere, because the 45 year old is planning to change his ways.
The Kuch Kuch Hota Hai star has publicly apologised and has even promised to inform organisers and media moguls about his delays.
Shah Rukh was never one to be an early bird when it came to events, and once arrived a whooping four hours late to an event in Delhi!
But credit where it is due, he is getting better…ish. At an event to announce his collaboration with You Tube for ‘Ra.One’, he arrived three hours late and for a Nokia event in Mumbai, he made the press wait for over two and a half hours.
When asked if he would ever come on time, Shah Rukh told Times of India, “No! Actually I would like to, but you know what happens…I am right now in the middle of a lot of work.”
“So I slept at 11 in the morning and I need to sleep a couple of hours. So I really apologise…Mujhe maaf kardo (Please forgive me),” he added.
