Churchill Retirement Living is inviting Birmingham locals to an exclusive sparkling event at St. Nicolas Lodge on High Meadow Road in Kings Norton on 13th July to fundraise for Birmingham Hospice. Between 11am and 3pm, as well as enjoying a tour of the show complex, visitors will be able to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and light refreshments in aid of such a worthy cause.
Prospective Owners will have the opportunity to visit the show complex on site and discover the landscaped gardens that can be enjoyed by those living at the development. Each apartment is completely self-contained, allowing for peace and privacy when desired, whilst also offering use of a communal Owner’s Lounge with a coffee bar for all to enjoy. Birmingham Hospice works to make every moment matter, and fundraising helps it achieve this mission. Spaces at the event are limited so visitors are encouraged to call in advance and confirm attendance.
St Nicolas Lodge comprises of 38 one- and two-bedroom apartments that have each been carefully designed for ease of living, making the development the ideal place to spend your retirement. All Owner’s benefit from a secure camera entry system, 24 hour call support, free parking, energy efficient heating and an on-site Lodge Manager. Not only that, but the Lodge also offers use of a Guest Suite for visiting family and friends who will be able to enjoy the Churchill lifestyle with them.
Bernadette Hennelly, Regional Marketing Manager for Churchill Retirement Living Midlands said: “We are thrilled to be giving back to such an important local cause at St. Nicholas Lodge this summer. Togetherness is a meaningful part of life at a Churchill development, so helping Birmingham Hospice make every moment matter to those who need it is a cause close to our heart.”
