Tortilla, the UK’s largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant brand, will open the doors of its 51st restaurant, located by Birmingham New Street station, at 82-83 New Street, Birmingham (B2 4BA), on Friday 1st July.
This will be the brand’s second restaurant in the city, alongside it’s Birmingham Grand Central restaurant.
Seating up to 42 people, across one floor with both inside and outside tables, the restaurant’s opening will create 25-30 new jobs for local people across front-of-house, kitchen, and management roles.
The restaurant will be located three minutes’ walk from the national transport hub of Birmingham New Street station, in a prime position on New Street.
