After the holy month of Ramadan, the festival of Eid al-Fitr is observed. For three days, Muslims all over the world meet and greet one another, prepare sweet treats, and enjoy time with family and friends as they commemorate this important occasion. Without the extensive feasts, which feature dates, fruits, desserts, salads, milk drinks, sherbets, and other foods, this festival would not be complete.
All kinds of dishes are being prepared in kitchens around the world prior to the start of this festival. This festival is known in some countries as “Festival of Sweets” or “Sweet Eid” because sweet desserts are made in large quantities in many homes during this time. Markets are stocked with a variety of cookies, chocolates, and sweet treats. People buy items to give as gifts to others on Eid al-Fitr.
No matter where you are from or where you live, there may be a variety of traditions used to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, but food plays a significant part in this festival. The celebratory meals of various nations are:

On this festive occasion, there is a mix of both traditional and new dishes. Chef Lahcen Hafid (Instagram A/c: lahcen.hafid) shares a few dishes you can prepare for Eid. Chef Lahcen Hafid began his career in Morocco with the Hyatt brand. In the year 2020, he was appointed President of Disciplines Escoffier in Morocco. He always aspires to motivate the next generation of young people who want to become chefs. He desires to introduce the world to Moroccan cuisine.
