Known for her Versatile and Fusion Sound, Singer & Songwriter Rita Morar is set to release her latest EP ‘Blossoms in Isolation’ at Midnight this Friday 9th October 2020.
Rita has been in the Music Industry for over 20 years, she has reached audiences of over one million in her career so far including being in the Official Charts. As a natural live performer singing in her fusion of hindi and english she has performed at over a thousand plus live events, including some of the UK’s most prestigious and leading music platforms from Glastonbury, The Royal Festival Hall, Jazz Café and the 1xtra Live Lounge.
Her latest EP ‘Blossoms in Isolation’ shares six singles, full of emotions and collaborations, all combined with a fusion of sounds.

Created earlier this year during the peak of the pandemic in early lockdown, Rita allowed herself to experiment by using her unique sound to express new feelings of emotions that were being experienced during a difficult time for so many. Her lyrics are thought provoking, connecting her to her listeners, sharing relatable thoughts and feelings.

Singles ‘This is Love’, ‘Lean on Me’ and ‘Blossoms in Isolation’ are three out of the six singles that have been released so far with upcoming singles, ‘Adversity’ and two versions of ‘If the Stars Align’ with a piano interlude version to be out with the EP this Friday.
The six singles share a combined element of instrumentals including piano played by Rita, incorporated with fusion, eastern and western sounds combined with new collaborations of artists.
Collaborations saw Producer and percussionist Shri Gadhvi on the single ‘Blossoms in Isolation’ known in the South Asian Community as a live musician and tabla player (percussionist).  Single ‘Lean on Me‘ features up coming artist Young Valli along with ‘If the Stars Align’ which is produced by Producer Kid Music. All singles in the EP have been mixed and mastered by Freeza.

As an Established artist, Rita has been supported with her music and played across Radio and TV including BBC Radio 1, BBC 1xtra, BBC Asian Network,  Zee TV & Sunrise Radio.
