The story begins with 2 girls who were made to live separately in their childhood (because their parents wished to live their own lives separately), are bought together by destiny. The destiny which forced their maternal grandparent’s side to call their mother and them back to India. The same maternal side who broke all threads with their mother, when she fell in love with a foreigner and got married.
The young girls embark on a journey, the path of self-discovery. And how in their journey they discover their roots, culture and their true identity. At the same time discovering those relationships in Punjab.
The journey, even helps them to make a young lad from Punjab find his own life’s goals. And how he while being a companion on the journey of these 2 girls self-discovery, finds himself.
