Leading storage provider, Space Station, will officially open its new site in Garretts Green, with 450 new units.
The recently built Birmingham site, officially opened its doors on the 24th June and will showcase a number of the business’ initiatives, such as complimentary removal services, 24/7 access, commercial bulk units and new offices.
Spanning a spacious 64,000 square feet, this new facility boasts just under 500 secure storage units. Perfect for both household and business needs, these units provide clean, dry, and protected storage solutions. In addition to its storage solutions, the facility will also bring new job opportunities to the community.
This strategic acquisition expands Space Station’s nationwide footprint to 18 locations, bringing their total storage unit count to over 9,000 across key areas like London, Thames Valley, Birmingham, and the Midlands.
Since joining forces with global real estate investor Heitman in October 2020, Space Station has secured nearly £50 million in funding, with even more significant investments planned for the coming years.
