Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is a man with a big heart and recently his director Jagan Shakti from Mission Mangal fame came out to thank Akshay Kumar for helping him get back healthy and fit. Jagan Shakti was recently diagnosed with a clot in his brain and Akshay Kumar went out of his way to help his director in the hospital during the tough times. Giving special credit to Akshay Kumar, Jaggan said ‘Akshay sir is the one who brought me back… in giving me a life, giving me a film, and now he has brought me back to a walkable situation’. Apart from Mission Mangal, Akshay Kumar and Jagan Shakti have also previously worked in films such as ‘Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty’ and ‘Pad Man’.
Akshay Kumar had a fabulous 2019 with four film releases and all four films crossing the Rs 100 crore mark which included Kesari, Mission Mangal, Housefull 4 and Good Newwz.
Akshay Kumar has three exciting films lined up for 2020. The actor will be seen next in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe saga Sooryavanshi, followed by horror-comedy Laxmmi Bomb and he will be ending the year with historical drama Prithviraj based on the heroic Prithviraj Chauhan.
