Kash and Shabs Ahmad, the celebrated brothers behind the BBC’s hit series Supercar Superfam, have stepped into the world of music with a powerful rap track and video, shedding light on the dire humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Known for their luxury car customisations and larger-than-life personalities, the brothers have turned their talents to advocacy, creating a raw, hard-hitting anthem that demands attention for the plight of Gaza’s people.
The track, a gripping blend of evocative lyrics and sharp beats, confronts the genocide and relentless suffering endured by Gaza’s residents for over a year. Designed to resonate with a global audience, it serves as both a wake-up call and a rallying cry for action.
“This is more than just music; it’s a way to ensure the world doesn’t look away,” said Kash Ahmad. “Our lyrics are direct because we need people to understand the severity of what’s happening. Sometimes words alone aren’t enough, but rap allows us to channel the urgency and emotion of this crisis in a way that hits home.”
The brothers have long been vocal advocates for Gaza, using their platforms to raise awareness and funds. In tandem with the track, Kash and Shabs have been working tirelessly with charitable organisations to deliver vital aid to the region.
“People are dying, children are suffering, and too often, the world remains silent,” said Shabs Ahmad. “This track is about breaking that silence. We’re speaking out for those who can’t, and we hope it inspires others to do the same.”
The accompanying music video is a gritty and visually arresting piece, with messages of resilience and hope. The raw energy of the rap track combined with the powerful visuals aims to make the ongoing tragedy impossible to ignore.
All proceeds from the track will be donated to humanitarian efforts in Gaza, supporting those who are most in need.
The brothers urge their fans and the public to share the track, amplify its message, and contribute to the cause. “This isn’t just about raising money—it’s about keeping Gaza in the global conversation,” Kash said.
The track and video are now available on all major streaming platforms and social media channels.
